Warranty
We offer industry best-practice warranty. We consider excellent service to be the foundation of our business, and want to ensure you are absolutely satisfied with your experience.
How long does your warranty last?
Warranty normally extends for a minimum of 1 year when the product is installed and operated according to the manufacturer's instructions. Quite often we provide warranty much longer than 1 year (up to 5 years on some products) and if so we will specify this on the product's details.
Does the warranty cover me fully for any faulty material or workmanship?
Absolutely. Warranty covers you for all faulty material or workmanship, and if the fitting is faulty it will be replaced quickly and efficiently without cost to you. This is our buyer protection to provide superb confidence in our service and products. It is amongst the very best guarantee you can get online.
Note: some glass components are handcrafted, so small air bubbles and subtle variations may arise as part of the glassblowing process. These characteristics are inherent to the artistry and do not represent imperfections.
What should I do when I receive the item in the post?
Products must be inspected within 7 days of delivery. If you find any issues please email us or report it on our Warranty Form page, letting us know of the problem. Upon such notification, the goods will need to be sent back to confirm the issues. We will give you full instructions on how to proceed. Products should not be sent back without getting instructions from us.
We will work with you to fix things. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and on the very rare times that things have gone wrong, we have received lovely feedback from customers praising our ethics and customer service.
What are the terms and conditions of warranty?
Warranty is valid only when an item is installed and operated according to instructions. Problems arising from incorrect installation are not covered by warranty.
Aesthetic problems such as colour and fitting must be reported before installation. For products requiring electrical installation, the warranty will not apply if the product is installed by other than a qualified and licensed electrician and proof of qualified electrical installation may be requested eg Electrical Safety Certificate.
We do not accept liability for any direct or consequential damage, loss or other expense arising from misuse or incorrect installation and operation of an appliance.
Where a warranty call is undertaken and no fault is found with the product, or where fault is due to incorrect installation or operation, a call-out service fee and/or cost of repairs may be payable by the purchaser.
